Dr. Katibah

A Note from the Doctor

“For over 26 years, I have had the opportunity to do what I love: Being the family physician for patients of all ages while providing the special touch that demonstrates how much I truly care for them. One of my favorite expressions is -- ‘People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.’

After years of working in a healthcare system that rewards volume over value, I discovered a healthcare model called Direct Primary Care that restores the patient-physician relationship. Since insurance companies and healthcare systems no longer dictate how many patients I must see, I now have time to listen to your concerns, provide medical care customized to your particular needs, and answer your questions, all in an unhurried manner. I opened Direct Primary Care of the Carolinas in December 2013 with a commitment to bring this new model of medical care to the Charlotte region.”
